APH Meet & Greet North Terminal , Gatwick Airport

Directions

1. When arriving at Gatwick North Terminal, follow these steps to reach the APH Meet & Greet drop-off area:
2. Enter the North Terminal and stay in the left-hand lane, following signs for Short Stay Car Park.
3. Use one of the two right-hand entry barriers.
4. Take a ticket at the barrier and follow signs for Car Park 5.
5. Turn right into Car Park 5, and follow the arrows around the ground floor towards the exit.
6. Just before reaching the exit, look for signs directing you into the blue and white coned area, marked Approved Operators.
7. Your APH chauffeur will be waiting here to greet you.

Important:
Do not park in the Passenger Drop-Off Area outside the Premier Inn. This area incurs a £7 charge per 10 minutes and is not part of the meet and greet service.

Arrival instructions

1. Phone APH 30 minutes before your arrival using the number provided in your booking confirmation.
2. Drive to the Short Stay Car Park at Gatwick North Terminal, following the detailed directions above.
3. An APH driver will meet you in the Approved Operators area within Car Park 5.
4. Hand over your keys and receive your return ticket.
5. Walk directly to the terminal, it's fully undercover and only a short distance from the drop-off point.

Return instructions

1. After clearing customs, follow signs to the exit of the terminal.
2. Walk to the Short Stay Car Park, where you dropped off your vehicle.
3. An APH driver will meet you with your car and keys.
4. Present the return ticket you received when you first dropped the vehicle off.

Your vehicle will be ready and waiting, allowing you to get on the road with minimal delay.
